What We Built - Repositioned their offer from "affordable remodeling" to a premium, white-glove renovation experience targeting homeowners with $500K+ properties - Built a new website showcasing before/afters and a clear premium positioning angle - Launched Google Search ads targeting high-intent renovation keywords across Toronto and the GTA - Set up local SEO targeting "kitchen remodeling Toronto," "bathroom renovation North York," and 14 other high-value location terms - Created a qualification funnel so only serious, budget-ready leads booked a call
Final result
Before Rizzetal, Ridgeline was closing 9 to 11 jobs a month at an average ticket of $9,200 — mostly low-budget clients they'd attracted through Marketplace and Kijiji. Within 90 days, they were booking 27 jobs a month with an average job value of $24,500 — nearly triple what they were making before. Qualified inbound leads jumped from around 15 a month to 61, and Ridgeline went from ranking nowhere to hitting page 1 for 11 out of 14 of their target keywords across Toronto and the GTA.
